The 3 Podcasts I’m Currently Listening To The Most

By Greg Finch

We can, finally, see the finish line of our kitchen remodel. When it is done it will be worth it and continue paying off for years and years. But GEEEZ I'm exhausted.

Bonus! I've listened to more podcasts while doing the work than I ever have.

Here's my top 3 right now in no particular order (It was really hard narrowing it down to 3 to I added a bonus list below)
  • Fresh Air - Terry Gross has got to be the best interviewer out there (ever?) she gets my vote
  • Smartless - Will Arnet, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes obviously love each others company and there friendship makes this show immensely enjoyable. Plus they get some kick@$$ guests
  • Broken Record - I've spoke about this show here before and it continues to deliver. Not published every week and I miss it when there's nothing new

Bonus Podcasts

  • Huberman Lab - Great conversations and info here. Discusses neuroscience, our behaviours, and our health.  Andrew Huberman is a tenured professor at the Stanford School of Medicine.
  • Norah Jones is Playing Along - Enduring and enjoyable with some great live versions of songs. Mavis Staples and Jeff Tweedy episodes are particularly great.
  • Story of The Week With Joel Stein - Joel Stein has been a favorite humorist of mine for many years. Joel takes a printed articular about something interesting and interviews the journalist. Funny, unique, and enjoyable.

My stamina and paddling are really improved and that allows me to surf longer and stronger

I've noticed a big difference in really two main things. One is my pre-surf warm up gets my body loose and ready to surf. I feel like I'm not step-tripping over to myself as much. Doing those dumb falls that just waste a bunch of waves.

Second my stamina and paddling are really improved and that allows me to surf longer and stronger.

Josh Beckett - Winemaker

My Surfing Has Improved On So Many Levels

My surfing has improved on so many different levels working with Greg. I have developed much more confidence in the water. I feel more comfortable & strong out there. I can paddle longer, pop-up faster, and turn with more power.

Heather Miller - Acupuncturist for WSL

Those aches & pains after a sesh aren't there anymore

It really gave me direction of what to do to get my body feeling better. Some of those aches and pains I would get after a sesh aren't there anymore. I could see my body becoming much more reliable for me because of the exercises and techniques that were taught.

The personal service was awesome! Greg was very knowledgeable and easy to reach whenever. If I ever had a question he was there to help quickly.
