Daily Squat To It

Less than a minute to be more present, aligned, and aware?  Simple right?

Well the key, and your challenge is do it everyday for the next 2 weeks without missing a day. Then keep it going.  

5 squats with 5" inhale as you lower in the squat + 5" exhale as you rise in the squat + a final 5" inhale and 5" exhale to end = 1' Squat To It.

If you can make (& KEEP 😁 ) this short and simple commitment to yourself it will have a huge impact on your day and future movement.

Essentially it hits waaaay above its batting average. Larger than the sum of its parts. Enter your saying here ____________________!

The breath and alignment coupled with a shot of mobility and raising your heart rate first thing in the morning will make you much more apt to repeat those positive impacts throughout your day. 

Positive begets positive negative begets negative.

Start your day with the positive and it will make you more resilient to resist and counteract the negative. Be it mental, physical, emotional you name it.

I've noticed a big difference in really two main things. One is my pre-surf warm up gets my body loose and ready to surf. I feel like I'm not step-tripping over to myself as much. Doing those dumb falls that just waste a bunch of waves.
